How do I add a unit?

A unit is anything you rent to a tenant separately: an apartment, a suite, a basement, a "door". If your property is a multi-unit property, add a unit for each one. A single-unit property, like a condo or a whole house, doesn't need separate units.

1. Click Properties in the main menu.
2. Choose the property. Its units are listed on the right.
3. Click Add a unit at the top of that list.
4. Enter the details: bedrooms, bathrooms and size, which utilities are included, and any amenities (parking, laundry, storage, appliances and so on).
5. Save the unit.
