What plans are there?

Rentingwell's price depends on how many units you rent out.

• Free: 1 or 2 units. Your ledger, receipts, reports, documents and rent reminders, with Landlord and Tenant Board notices paid one at a time ($19 for an N4, $39 for an L1).
• Rentingwell: 3 to 20 units, $5 a unit a month. Every notice and form included.
• Portfolio: over 20 units. $100 a month for the first 20, then $3 a unit, and more than one person on the account.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus tax. Yearly billing gets you 2 months free. When you add your third unit, we'll ask before anything changes.
