Who is Rentingwell for?

If you collect rent yourself, Rentingwell is for you. It's made for landlords who manage their own properties: a basement apartment, a rented house, a few plexes or condos, a building or two. Small property managers use it too.

It keeps the everyday record for each property and unit: rent and expenses, tenants and leases, a dated logbook, documents, to-dos and contacts. For Ontario landlords, it also prepares Landlord and Tenant Board notices and applications from that record.

If you need an enterprise system with accounting integrations and maintenance dispatch for hundreds of units, Rentingwell probably isn't the right fit. It's deliberately simple.
