How do the contact lists work?

Click Contacts in the main menu to see three lists.

• Current Tenants: everyone you've added as a tenant, grouped by property and unit, with their contact details.
• Past Tenants: tenants you've archived when they moved out. Useful for references, a forwarding address or a final settlement.
• Contractors: the tradespeople you rely on, with contact details and notes. See how to add a contractor.
